Stuck in Your Head? Here's How to Overcome Analysis Paralysis

Two weeks ago, Doug went to the dermatologist to check out some spots on his head and a spot on his face. His spots turned out to be precancers and will be easily treated. I started thinking about it; I hadn’t visited the dermatologist in three years. So I decided to make an appointment to follow up on the spot on my back and check out this mole-like thing on my arm.
