In this episode, we welcome Traci's neighbor, Rachael Zen, who has been experiencing horrendous migraines, for 20+ years. Traci kept reading Facebook posts where Rachael was feeling horrible, and never really getting any relief from the migraines. Traci's worked with other clients on migraines, and she asked if Rachel would be willing to share her healing journey as a guest on the show. 15 minutes into the session, Rachael begins talking about her ex-husband, when Traci notices a shift in her expression and "connects the dots" between her migraines and her past relationships.
