Wings Hypnosis, LLC welcomes ALL people with an open heart and mind regardless of gender orientation, political views, religious affiliations, or belief systems.  Hypnosis is a co-operative partnership between the client and the facilitator to create change in both the conscious and subconscious space.

I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Lifestyle Coach, not a Licensed Medical Doctor or Mental Health Professional.

Hypnotherapy services performed are non-therapeutic and not intended to take the place of professional counseling, medical, or psychological care and should not be used as a substitute for diagnosis or treatment of any condition.   I do not work on pain or diagnosed mental or physical conditions without the referral from a licensed practitioner of the healing arts per Florida Statutes Section 485.   If you are under the care of a medical professional for any condition for which you are seeking hypnosis support, please obtain a signed, written referral from your provider prior to engaging me and moving forward with related sessions.

I look forward to helping you become the next best version of yourself!

My Story

I was born and raised in Berea, OH, and began studying piano at The Cleveland Institute of Music at the insistence of my mother, but was eventually asked to “move on” after burning through 8 teachers in 8 years due to my “inability to follow instructions” and “play music the way it was written.” With the help of an understanding adjunct piano professor at Baldwin-Wallace College who encouraged creativity, I graduated from Berea High in 1987 with a scholarship in music. I attended Otterbein University in 1991 graduating with a B.A. in Music and Business. Little did my parents know I would eventually use this $60,000 degree in music to sing funny songs…around the world!

I left Ohio in 1995 and moved to Palmetto, FL to be with my boyfriend and married him two years later.  Later that year, I opened Traci Keychain Advertising Specialties and began selling promotional products and corporate gifts to local businesses. My company was nominated for Manatee Small Business of the Year in 1999, 2000, & 2001.  During this time I was very active in the community as a business leader and community volunteer. I was an active member of The Manatee Chamber of Commerce and The Palmetto Rotary for nearly 20 years. I served as President of The Palmetto Rotary Club in 2004-2005 and again in 2014-2015. I also served as Chairman for Keep Manatee Beautiful.

I eventually sold my promotional products accounts in 2014 so I could pursue comedy full-time.

In 2002, I wanted to get back into performing and tried stand up comedy.  I loved it.  I worked my way to headlining smaller clubs in 2007 by developing the comedy persona known as The Princess of Parodies. In 2009, I released my comedy CD “Tinkle Tinkle Little Star.” Also in 2009, I was hired to perform at a clothing optional resort. With the recession in 2008, comedy clubs were closing and I had nowhere to perform as a new headliner.  I saw an opportunity to expand my comedy following with nudist resorts, and created another musical comedy persona specifically for swingers, nudists and BDSMers, The Dominatrix of Ditties.  Through The Dominatrix of Ditties, I've been able to entertain swinger cruises, hotel takeover parties, clothing optional resorts and other events for sexually adventurous adults on an international level.  The Dominatrix of Ditties was voted Top Female Lifestyle Entertainer by the Annual Lifestyle Awards in 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018.

I integrate my training as a Certified Hypnotist and Hypnotherapist with 22 years as a business owner/entrepreneur and 17 years as a stand up comedian. Incorporating any number of 50+ hypnosis and healing modalities in sessions to get my clients to the next best version of themselves in the least amount of time, I love seeing my clients move on to the next best version of themselves.

What sets me apart from my competitors, is that while trained in traditional Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, my connections performing with sexually adventurous adults has led me to becoming the leader in the field of Erotic Hypnosis and Erotic Hypnotherapy for Sexually Adventurous Adults. I am one of the few Certified Sexual Freedom Hypnosis Practitioners in the U.S., as well as a BDSM, Kink & Fetish Friendly Hypnosis Professional.  I receive referrals from other hypnotists constantly because these kinds of clients are out of their comfort level, while these clients are just another day at the office for me!

Why "Wings Hypnosis?"

In 2015, my husband and I separated after 17 years of marriage.  A week after we decided to split, I went to tell my mother the news when I found her at home, unconscious.  I unknowingly became her sole care-giver for the next 3 years while she battled diabetes, dementia, and depression.   I went from "happily married with no kids" to "single mother of a 72 year old" within a week.   It was absolutely the lowest point in my life.  I tried everything to rise above, but a lifelong pattern of unhealthy coping mechanisms made me sink deeper into depression.

I had been studying Hypnosis for a few years and made tremendous personal gains with self hypnosis, but self hypnosis wasn’t enough to pull me through the constant barrage of negativity I was facing between my mother’s illness and the divorce attorneys.  To expand my hypnosis training, I enrolled in a Hypnotherapy program.  Little did I realize how much Hypnotherapy would help heal my wounded soul and empower me to move forward in this new, uncertain future.  Within a few sessions I was able to move past the pain I felt in my failed marriage.  I was able to deal with the anger of being forced to care for someone I wasn't ready to care for, and then the guilt I held in caring for my mother.  When she passed, hypnotherapy helped me grieve her loss quickly and effectively.

Many people stumble across Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy when they hear a friend say “I went to a hypnotist and quit smoking 8 years ago.”  But most never consider Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy as a way to help themselves with their own blocks until they realize nothing else has worked and they hit rock bottom.

When you hit rock bottom, it is then that you realize the only way out is UP!

In order to get UP, you need to FLY.

In order to FLY, you need WINGS.

I've dedicated my life to helping people get their "wings" so they can break free of the things that have been holding them down.   Hence the name, "Wings Hypnosis."
