Three years ago, I was in the midst of a divorce, and taking care of my mother who I had to put in a nursing home due to her struggles with diabetes, dementia and depression.
It was absolutely one of the lowest points in my life. I tried everything to rise above, but a lifelong pattern of putting everyone else’s needs above myself only made me sink deeper into a depression.
I had been studying hypnosis for a few years and benefited from it immensely, but hypnosis wasn’t enough to pull me through this trying time. To expand my hypnosis training, I enrolled in a Hypnotherapy program which I thought might fill in the gaps of my hypnosis training.
Little did I realize how much that training alone would help heal myself from a broken relationship, the guilt I carried in caring for my mother, and how quickly I was able to rebound after her death in 2017.
Many people stumble across Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy when they hear a friend say “I went to a hypnotist and quit smoking 8 years ago.” But most never consider it might be a way to help yourself with the annoyances that are in your own life until they hit rock bottom.
It’s only then, that you realize the only way out is UP! In order to get UP, you need to fly.
